About the event
Come explore and make memories with our Melanin Globe tribe that will last a lifetime. Lifeguards are on duty during open swim, and you are required to wear a life jacket unless they pass the swim test. Life jackets are provided or you may bring your own. The farm stocks a variety of sizes of life jackets ranging from XXL (60 inch chest) to infant (minimum of 30 pounds). The swim test is open to anyone 12 years and above, and assesses endurance, treading, quality of stroke, level of comfort in the water, and other attributes. Children under 12 must wear a life jacket at all times.
