Holding Your Reservation

• To ensure that you receive this special rate, Melanin Globe requires a deposit from all reserved guests, at initial reservation. After final payment from all five of your invited guests is processed, your deposit will be refunded to you.

Canceling Your Reservation

• If any reserved guests in your travel party cancels, Melanin Globe will retain your prepayment, and require the remaining balance for your reservation.

 

Modifying Your Reservation

• Please note that a change in the guests traveling may result in a rate change and name change fee (if modified within 90 days before departure). Notify Melanin Globe of any changes, immediately.
