If a trip is fully booked, you can join our waitlist. Should a spot become available, we will invite travelers on the waitlist to proceed with booking.

As long as you arrive on the official check-in day, you’re all set. However, if you arrive at the destination before our group’s check-in date, you will be responsible for arranging and covering any additional lodging and transportation costs.

Our pricing is based on standard single and double room occupancy. At Melanin Globe, we offer two pricing options to accommodate different traveler preferences: 1. Land Only Package The Land Only option covers all on-the-ground arrangements, excluding international airfare. This is ideal for travelers who prefer to book their own flights, use airline miles, or travel from a location different from the designated group departure city. The Land Only package typically includes: • Hotel accommodations (single or double occupancy) • Airport transfers (if arriving/departing within the designated timeframe) • Daily itinerary activities and excursions • Select meals as outlined in the itinerary • Local transportation during the trip • Experienced tour guides and hosts 1. Air & Land Package The Air & Land option provides a seamless travel experience by including both international flights and all Land Only package features. This option is best for travelers who want the convenience of a fully arranged trip departing from the designated U.S. gateway city. The Air & Land package includes: • Roundtrip international airfare from the specified departure city • All inclusions listed in the Land Only package Please note that both packages exclude travel insurance, personal expenses, optional excursions, and meals not specified in the itinerary.
